What a game. Give the credit to Roy Oswalt, evyerone. He pitched maybe the sixth best game this season, striking out nine with a excellently deceptive fastball. Cody Ross hit another homer. Three cheers for Cody, everyone: Cheer, Cheer Cheer. What a series, what a postseason period for the Marlin turned Giant. Fantastic. Jimmy Rollins smashed the game wide open with a 3-run double off of Ramon Ramirez in the 7th. Boston fans can cheer, if you are really that spiteful towards Ramirez. He was a good Red Sock. Ryan Madson closed it down by inducing a groundout to J-Roll, who threw a bullet to first for the out. That was a rather lovely throw. Another interesting note was that Roy Oswalt, wrapped up in his jacket to keep his arm warm, scored a run, running through the 3rd base coach's stop sign like a red light. Here are my game ratings.
Roy Oswalt: 90 out of 100
Jonathan Sanchez: 75 out of 100
Cody Ross: 79 out of 100
Jimmy Rollins: 92 out of 100
Ramon Ramirez: 30 out of 100
Ryan Madson: 50 out of 100, because he let runners on board.
