The Bruins beat the Washington Capitals Thursday night, to improve to 4 - 1. That was their fourth straight game they have won. The Bruins did not disappoint their fans in their home opener. Coming into last nights game, the Capitals were a perfect 25 for 25 on Penalty kills throughout the season. Well, that changed in a matter of one period. Rookie Tyler Seguin, in his first NHL game, got an assist to Michael Ryder, which made the game 1 - 0 and made the penalty kill shatter for the Capitals. From then on, it was all Bruins. And I mean ALL. Jamie Caron made it 2 - 0, Nate Horton scored for the B's to make it
3 -0, and then the Bruins scored in empty netter in the end, to make it a 4 - 1 victory. Nate Horton now has 4 goals in 4 games and seems to be cruising to maybe an MVP??
