Morrissey captained the national championship lacrosse team in 2006 in college; the more amazing part is still yet to come. The same Mr. Morrissey, who had been teaching at the Fessenden School for since September, was selected 4th overall in the 2011 Supplemental Draft for the MLL yesterday. Boston took him with their 4th pick, and the data indicates he is a midfielder. I think this is a fascinating story; he's been teaching for months but now he's been drafted into the MLL. If this data is correct, is he going to elect to play or teach? We shall see.
