This afternoon, I watched a very interesting interview with two the of the best hitters in the game's history. That really could have been an interview with just about anyone; Aaron to Griffey Jr. to Musial to Mays. This particular interview, however, was not with any of those aforementioned players, but with Tony Gwynn and Rod Carew. The interview was both funny and informative. The greatest comment was when Rod Carew stated that he had changed his batting stance because of Nolan Ryan. Gwynn burst out laughing, and Carew laughed as well. It was a very nice insight into the careers of both players and it provides a window into the humor of the game's players; who could laugh at Nolan Ryan's fastball except somebody who faced it and hit it well?
