I was on MLB.COM today and I was looking at a list of links to videos on the left-hand side of the page. The AL West was part of one column. The list went down this way, and for those who don't know the abbreviations, I will translate them below the list.
LAA
OAK
SEA
TEX
LAA=LA Angels
OAK= Oakland Athletics
SEA= Seattle Mariners
TEX= Texas Rangers
Now please notice that if you put together the first letter of each abbreviation, you get the word "lost".
Now we have proof that the teams in this division are actually "lost"; they can't keep up with the competition elsewhere in the league. Die, playoff berth Rangers, who, by the way, were only 90-72 in 2010!
