Theo Epstien on the verge of leaving the Red Sox for the Chicago Cubs. Ever since game 162, the Red Sox management has been a wreck; starting with Terry Francona leaving. A few days after Francona left, all of the clubhouse workers who were apparently giving the Red Sox players beer in the clubhouse are now fired. Now, the hammer- Theo Epstein, Red Sox general manager, is on the brink of leaving the team. Management will be in shambles if Theo leaves for Chicago. All signs point to Theo leaving.
